Every repair begins with a complete teardown. Each unit is fully disassembled to its individual gears, bearings, and internal components, enabling a meticulous diagnostic inspection that ensures no issue goes unnoticed.
Each component is subjected to a multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning process that removes baked-on cutting fluids, contaminants, particulate matter, and microscopic debris. This ensures every part is restored to a pristine condition for accurate inspection, precise measurement, and high-quality reassembly.
Using precision metrology equipment, all critical gears, shafts, and housing features are inspected and measured against original OEM tolerances to identify hidden wear, distortion, and dimensional changes before reassembly.

Precision Rebuild
Runout Testing
All bearings and seals are replaced with genuine OEM factory components. Precision-matched bearings are installed using factory-approved assembly procedures to ensure optimal preload, minimal runout, and smooth, backlash-free operation.
Every rebuilt angle head undergoes dynamic runout testing using factory procedures to verify micron-level accuracy, smooth operation, proper thermal performance, and minimal vibration before final approval.
